DR Hydrovac is committed to a strong health and safety program that protects our employees and property, the environment, and the public from accident or injury. At every level our personnel are responsible and accountable for our overall safety initiatives.

Complete and active participation by everyone, every day, in every job is necessary for the safety excellence we expect.

DR Hydrovac maintains a industry‑leading safety program, and are proud of our “no lost time” and recordable incident safety record. Our comprehensive health, safety and environment program has been audited by the Alberta Construction Safety Association and has been awarded a Small Employers Certificate of Recognition for meeting or exceeding established health and safety standards.

All DR Hydrovac staff are trained and certified with H2S Alive, Ground Disturbance Level II, Fall Arrest, WHMIS, CSTS and First Aid/CPR, as well as Equipotential Bonding Training. Additionally, we are registered with ISNetworld and Complyworks and hold an A‑rating with both organizations.
